Project consisted of removal of existing grass baseball field, removal of 600 dump trucks of earth, base rock grading, sub-drainage installation, and placing, levelling and compacting the top rock.

Kruse Oaks Phase II

Project work included mass grading for entire site and installation of site utilities and bioswales for a 5 story Class "A" building site with a 2 story underground parking garage. The Kruse office parks are widely recognized as the premier office buildings for the State of Oregon, are widely sought after and have quite surpassed that of Downtown Portland offices.

Kaiser Orchards Medical Office Building

Project work included site grading and utility installation as well as off-site road and utility upgrades for a three story medical office building. This included full street construction on NE 137th Avenue and SR500. We also built four bioswales on this project and installed and maintained a completely self contained site erosion and sedimentation control system.
