Checking the plans against the ground is the first thing we do on every job. Parsons provides construction layout on their own jobs. We were the first dirt contractor in Oregon to use the "Geometer" Robot Total Station to conduct a total electronic As-built Measurement of existing ground conditions.

And now, with our newly added GPS equipment, we can provide instant elevation of cut-fill anywhere on the site. Our equipment operators never have to wait for a 3rd party company to provide Location and Elevations. Therefore being more productive at the end of the day.

Taking the topographical map we use AGTEK's® graphical analysis system to determine cuts and fills. We are nothing if not creative when it comes to keeping as much dirt on site as possible.

Our as-built drawings are the best in the industry. They call out all pipe sizes and types and are on-the-money for showing the exact location of underground utilities. These Electronic As-builts provided in a .DWG format are a critical  in helping the Architects and Civil designers get the jump on required information needed to provide to City or County officials to close out the Project.
